Atlantic School for Young Leaders sets out to provide unique leadership programmes. We create a stimulating and supportive environment for aspiring young leaders, from a wide variety of backgrounds and from across the globe, to grow their practical, conceptual and emotional leadership skills.

Through sponsorship and partnerships built with like-minded organisations, our courses engage with young people to foster the confidence, knowledge, sensitivity, ambition and responsibility to successfully lead positive change, in whatever discipline, and what ever location, they choose to operate. We aim to provide ongoing networks of support and aim to build a community of thinkers and doers committed to innovative and ethical leadership, open to all.
